My Vitamix 30

WEEK 3: BEYOND BLENDING

Meet Your Personal Kitchen Assistant

Even if you love cooking, prepping ingredients can be a little tedious. This week we’re going to show you how to use your Vitamix to chop ingredients like carrots, onions, and garlic much faster than you’d be able to by hand.

We’ll also showcase frozen desserts like sorbet, a delicious, crowd-pleasing treat that just takes a few minutes to make using whatever frozen fruit you have on hand. Lastly, we’ll be making doughs and batters – Sunday morning waffles have never been easier.

FEATURED EATS

Give your wrist a break from chopping, dicing, and dough mixing, and let Vitamix do the work. Plus, learn how to whip up a quick whole-food sorbet or frozen dessert when the ice cream cravings hit.
