Ingredients
- 50g parsnips, peeled, diced, roasted, cooled
- 85g rutabaga, peeled, diced, roasted, cooled
- 120 ml breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds.
