Hobby Family Monster Smoothie

How do you get the kids to eat green vegetables? Give your smoothie a cool name, add some fruit for sweetness and make it taste delicious using your Vitamix High-Performance blender.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as necessary
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado
- 2cm of ginger
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into your Vitamix High-Performance blender in the order listed. Secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1 or the Smoothie program. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 50 seconds or allow the Smoothie program to complete.
