Granola Cheese Balls
Delicious by itself or spread on a bagel. You can also make this recipe dairy-free with soya cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 30 g (¼ cup) granola
- 50 g (¼ cup) silken tofu
- 60 g (2 ounces) cream cheese
- 40 g (¼ cup) raisins
- 3 dates, pitted
Directions
- Place granola into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 3.
- Blend for 15 seconds. Set aside.
- Place remaining ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 15-30 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Mixture should be chunky.
- Take cream cheese mixture and form 12 2.5 cm balls. Roll in the chopped granola.
Notes
Serve as a snack or use as a spread for bagels.
