Baked Oats

Delicious and healthy baked oats for breakfast! Use the 1.4L Dry Grains Container to make your own oats flour for this recipe. Recipe via @littlekalegirl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 2 eggs or flaxseed eggs
  • ¼ cup chocolate drops
  • ¼ cup coconut yoghurt
  • 125g raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon potato flour

Directions

  1. Place to your Vitamix Dry Grain container oats and blend at speed 7-8 for 20 seconds to get oat flour (do not over blend to leave some texture)
  2. Add to your Vitamix milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, eggs/flaxseed eggs, cacao powder, oats, baking powder, banana and blend at speed 5-6 for 1 minute.
  3. Pre heat over at 180C
  4. Pour the blended mixture into oven dishes and sprinkle chocolate drops.
  5. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Prepare raspberry sauce by simmering and continually stirring raspberries with maple syrup, potato flour and 1 tablespoon of water for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with coconut yoghurt and raspberries sauce.
