Baked Oats
Delicious and healthy baked oats for breakfast! Use the 1.4L Dry Grains Container to make your own oats flour for this recipe. Recipe via @littlekalegirl

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 2 eggs or flaxseed eggs
- ¼ cup chocolate drops
- ¼ cup coconut yoghurt
- 125g raspberries
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon potato flour
Directions
- Place to your Vitamix Dry Grain container oats and blend at speed 7-8 for 20 seconds to get oat flour (do not over blend to leave some texture)
- Add to your Vitamix milk, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, eggs/flaxseed eggs, cacao powder, oats, baking powder, banana and blend at speed 5-6 for 1 minute.
- Pre heat over at 180C
- Pour the blended mixture into oven dishes and sprinkle chocolate drops.
- Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare raspberry sauce by simmering and continually stirring raspberries with maple syrup, potato flour and 1 tablespoon of water for 5 minutes.
- Serve with coconut yoghurt and raspberries sauce.
