Ingredients

  • 300 g (2 cups) white rice
  • 80 g (⅔ cup) potato starch
  • 40 g (⅓ cup) tapioca starch

      Directions

      1. Place white rice into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
      2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds 
      3. Remove the lid plug and add the starches.  Pulse 5-7 times to combine or until ingredients are incorporated.

      Chef's Note

      Use in place of regular flour 1:1 in a recipe.
