Ingredients
- 125ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond milk
- 250ml (1 cup) cold filter coffee
- 1 tbsp (generous) almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Stevia, or monk fruit powder, to sweeten
- Handful of ice, to blend
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into your Vitamix High-Performance blender in the order listed. Secure the lid. Select Variable 1 or the Smoothie program. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed and blend for 50 seconds or allow the Smoothie program to complete.
- Serve and enjoy.
