Teresa Cutter's Post-Workout Protein Smoothie

A smoothie designed for those wanting to keep their sugar intake low. Simply a well balanced mix of healthy fats, fibre, and plant protein which is perfect after a fitness workout or as a meal replacement shake.

Ingredients
- 250ml (1 cup) almond milk or coconut water
- 125ml (1/2 cup) filtered water
- 250g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp plant based protein powder
- 1 tbsp collagen peptides
- 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
- 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener or stevia
- Handful of ice, to blend
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into your Vitamix High-Performance blender in the order listed. Secure the lid. Select Variable 1 or the Smoothie program. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed and blend for 50 seconds or allow the Smoothie program to complete.
- Pour into a large serving glass. Any leftovers can be enjoyed as a snack afterward.
