Teresa Cutter's Gut Loving Probiotic Lassi

This is a nourishing Ayurvedic style of smoothie rich in antioxidants, protein, probiotics and anti-inflammatory nutrients to help nourish the digestive system and boost immunity.
Papaya is also rich in vitamins A and C as well as the digestive enzyme papain, which helps to digest protein.
A spoonful of bee pollen boosts minerals, vitamins and energy boosting carbohydrates.

Ingredients
- 125ml (1/2 cup natural yoghurt)
- 125ml (1/2 cup cold filtered water or coconut water)
- Squeeze of lime juice
- ½ small papaya
- ½ tsp ground turmeric powder
- 1 tsp raw or Manuka honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Handful of ice, to blend
Toppings
1 tbsp bee pollen
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into your Vitamix High-Performance blender in the order listed. Secure the lid. Select Variable 1 or the Smoothie program. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed and blend for 50 seconds or allow the Smoothie program to complete.
- Add more water if needed
- Pour into a serving glass and garnish with bee pollen
- Drink and enjoy!
