Chef's Note:
- Get creative with tea Flavours and garnishes! Each tea will lend a different flavour and colour to this cocktail. We like using floral teas, like hibiscus or rosehip, for a bright colour with a refreshing taste. Try garnishing with lime peel or edible blooms!
