Ingredients
- 720ml water
- 90g steel cut oats
- 15 (100g) medjool dates, pitted
- 3 Tablespoons (20 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 250g frozen banana
- 35g peanuts, roasted unsalted
- 1 scoop (20 g) protein powder, vanilla or chocolate flavoured
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 – 50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
