Mixed Berry Acai Smoothie Bowl

This high fibre smoothie bowl is a great hunger buster, and a colourful way to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup So Good™ Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 packet (200g) frozen acai puree, no added sugar
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 avocado, optional

Ingredients - Toppings (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp granola or toasted muesli
  • 2 Tbsp mixed berries or other fresh fruit

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients, except toppings, in a Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Start machine, slowly increase to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a bowl, add toppings, and serve immediately.

Tips

  • Add a handful of baby spinach for an added nutrition boost.
