Mango Fresno Kombucha Ingredients
- 330 g mango, peeled, cut into large chunks
- 500 ml kombucha
- 4 g Cayenne chilli
- 15 ml honey
- 375 ml flavoured sparkling water, divided use
- Ice cubes, for serving
Directions
- Place all ingredients except water and ice into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase it to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds.
- Fill 6 serving glasses just under halfway with ice. Pour 125 ml of the mango puree over each. Top each glass with 60 ml of flavoured sparkling water and serve immediately.
