Ingredients

  • 2 cans (908 g) chickpeas, with liquid
  • ¼ cup (36 g) sesame seeds
  • 140 g sun dried tomatoes
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, optional
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, leaves only
  • ¼ tsp sea salt, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except sea salt into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 30-45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Season with sea salt if desired and serve immediately.
