Kale Apple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 g) vanilla soy yoghurt (or low-fat plain yoghurt)
- ½ cup (75 g) green grapes
- ½ medium (65 g) orange, peeled
- ½ medium (90 g) apple, seeded
- 1 cup (30 g) kale
- 2 tbsp (15 g) chia seed
- 1 small (100 g) frozen banana, peeled, halved
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
