Ingredients
- 360 ml coconut water
- 4 dates [or honey to taste]
- 225 g pineapple, peeled
- 5 g fresh ginger root
- 70 g frozen peach, slices
- 75 g frozen mango chunks
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, or select Smoothie program and allow the machine to complete the programmed cycle.
