Ingredients
- ½ cup Twisted Healthy Treats Double Choc Fudge Protein Pint™
- ½ cup roasted almond nut butter or nut butter of choice
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- ½ cup plain flour
- ½ tsp bi carb soda
- ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
- Extra Twisted Healthy Treats Double Choc Fudge Protein Pint™ for filling of each biscuit
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180° C. Line baking tray with baking paper.
- Place into Vitamix wet jug – Twisted Healthy Treats Double Choc Fudge Protein Pint™, almond butter, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Blend until smooth then pour into bowl.
- Add flour and carb soda. Mix until it forms a cookie dough. Fold through the chocolate chips.
- Using damp hands, roll dough into 8 even sized balls and place on tray – press down on balls to slightly flatten. Sprinkle with extra salt and chocolate chips and bake in over for 10 -12 minutes. Cool on tray.
- Once cool when ready to serve, sandwich together with Twisted Healthy Treats Double Choc Fudge Protein Pint™.
