Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Frozen Dessert Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 – 50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Freeze it for 1-2 hours and then you have delicious dark chocolate ice cream.
