Creamy Peanut Butter + Big Chocolate Button Nicecream

This five ingredient “nicecream” can be whipped up in less
than five minutes. It has an ultra-rich and creamy consistency, and the natural
peanut butter comes through with every lip smacking spoonful.

Ingredients

• ½ cup coconut milk
• 6 peeled and frozen bananas
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup big chocolate buttons (or use cacao nibs)

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix container in the order listed.
2. Start machine on variable 1, then slowly increase to Variable 10. Use the tamper if necessary.
3. Scoop into a tray and serve with extra chocolate buttons and a drizzle of peanut butter. It can also be frozen for 2 hours for a thicker texture.
