Ingredients

350g silken tofu
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 70ml coconut cream
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 70g chocolate drops
- Coconut yoghurt and raspberries for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Melt chocolate drops and let chocolate cool for 10 minutes.
- Add to your Vitamix coconut cream, maple syrup vanilla essence, tofu, cacao powder and the melted chocolate drops.
- Blend until creamy texture at speed 5 for 30-40 seconds
- Pour the mousse into serving glasses and place in a fridge for 2 hours.
- Serve with coconut yoghurt and raspberries on top.
