Caramel and Smoked Almond Ice Cream

Ingredients
- ½ cup of lightly blended smoked almonds
- 1 can (395 g) Condensed milk, sweetened
- 2 cups (500 ml) cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) of Caramel sauce
Directions
Pulse smoked almonds until finely chopped (set aside) -
Place cream into the Vtamix container and blend on medium until soft peaks Add condensed milk to cream and blend on low for 30 sec or until combined. -
Pour cream into lined freezer proof tray. Sprinkle over 2 tablespoons of smoked Almonds and the caramel sauce and lightly mix through. Freeze for 4+hrs
