Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats
- 350ml milk/oat milk
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 150g frozen blueberries (warmed with 1 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp maple syrup).
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- Coconut yoghurt for serving
Directions
- Place in your Vitamix 2.0 litre container: Milk, 2 tbsp of maple syrup, 2 tbsp peanut butter, chia seeds, rolled oats, baking powder and bananas.
- Blend at speed 2 for 15 seconds or until all ingredients mix.
- Pour blended mixture into baking dish and add blueberries and extra 2 tbsp of peanut butter on top. Create swirls from blueberries and peanut butter.
- Bake in the pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30min.
- Serve with coconut yogurt and maple syrup on top.
