Blackberry Iced Tea Bramble
Green tea, blackberries, mint, and lime all come together as a base to this cocktail (or mocktail). Whether you hold the alcohol or not, this gives you both versions to suit your needs. Ginger beer and tonic finish these for a bit of effervescence.

Ingredients
- 180 ml unsweetened green tea, chilled
- 135 g fresh blackberries
- 1 slice lime, 5mm, with peel
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 45 ml honey
- 90 ml London Dry gin
- 240 ml tonic water (or ginger beer), divided use
Directions
- Place all ingredients except for tonic water (or ginger beer if making the mocktail version) into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45-55 seconds, or select Smoothie program and allow the machine to complete the programmed cycle.
- Fill each rocks glass 3/4 of the way with ice. Pour 160 ml blackberry mixture over ice, topping with 80 ml tonic water for a cocktail, or ginger beer for a mocktail, stirring to incorporate.
Chef's Notes: To make this drink non-alcoholic, simply omit the gin and top with ginger beer instead of tonic water.
